Introduction to Muscle Testing - Kinesiology
In this interactive workshop, we will learn and develop the practice of Muscle Testing (tool used by kinesiologists) to ‘tune in’ and to receive the body’s natural feedback. We will also learn how to listen and give a voice to our body, learn easy to use tools to balance its energy system and bring more joy and ease into our lives.
Venue: Nether Edge – Sheffield S11
I’m offering a free optional outdoor practice the morning after the workshop for those who would like to experience a deeper connection with the elements and get some practice.

Identify and shift energetic blocks in the body
Prerequisite: Muscle Testing Intro
In this interactive workshop, we will learn how to use Muscle Testing to scan the body and find stuck energy causing pain and discomfort. We will add more tools to balance those areas.

Update and Expand Limiting Beliefs
Prerequisite: Muscle Testing Intro
In this interactive workshop, we will learn how to use charts with Muscle Testing to identify limiting beliefs and update them. This will create space, flexibility and ease in our lives.
